Soft Touch Management service (£100 per month for 6months-1 year):
We meet by zoom weekly (and are in fairly consistent to constant correspondence anyway, especially the busier things get) and I help you plan, stay on target for deadlines in the micro and macro scheme of things and use a wide set of skills, experience and contacts to help in any needed areas). I generally be your partner in crime to bounce ideas off (creative, promotional, career arc) and to hold you accountable (within reason, life will get in the way now and then, as it always does!) which are useful for solo artists and bandleaders who can’t share the burden of it all with their bandmates and also when we become our own worst enemies or accidentally self sabotage.
I can also bring that horrible bit of industry reality into play for a plan without crushing your creative dreams as I speak both artist and industry fluently.
For £100 a month you get an hour of my time a week - usually to meet and then me send you the action needed after in note form but also just whatever needs doing that I can take off your hands in pressured/deadline scenarios

I explain both the more secret and publicly known ‘rules’ for reaching the upper echelons and larger scale exposure plus methodologies and other industry insider knowledge. Plus a few tips about how to not to waste time, money and effort (our 3 main factors). I can also show you the ways to grow it on your on and retain control of your career including many old school techniques for fan growth and exposure. It’s everything of use that I know after 35 years as an Artist & Producer and 25 years in Radio, Records, Live Events, Management and Promotion plus Academic pursuits in Music Production, Sync, Management & PR, Mental Health In The Music Industry.
(I’ll also give you feedback on your online presence, and impressions that an a&r, radio producer or events promoted might think, having looked over it.)
Action Plan - 2x40 min zoom plus action plan 6months-1year: £150
How the action plan works:
Stage 1 - I get a sense of your goals and situation and then make you a road map based on all the data that you can follow and apply to achieve the appropriate results. I’ll also ask you about your aims and goals plus get a feel for the artist/band sensibilities etc. I’ll ask you about resources - time, money, contacts (in written quiz format as easier for you to go away and think)

Because if you don’t tell the truth, how can what I prescribe work for you?
Stage 2 - I make a fluid/malleable plan or roadmap that will last 6 months to a year to take your project/release etc from conception to consumption in the most efficient and productive way for you. It will detail what to do when (but with a fluid format you can adjust to life’s surprises) and who to involve plus more useful advice. I will suggest a promotional, managerial and working process to revolutionise your project and, if applied diligently, guarantee results, opportunity and feeling better about your musical career/progress.
Stage 3 - A 40min zoom during which we make sure you understand the roadmap and it’s various stages/actions and I answer any questions that you may have about it and if there is anything I missed, we address that, too.

I know everyone gives free consultations nowadays but they are usually filled with basic info that you can get anywhere and always want you to buy something pretty expensive and generic at the end - the beauty of my consultation is our relationship can end immediately after my service and you will still benefit! And I assure you most people don’t want the game to stop, they just want to be the ones at the top of it so keep the secrets and play song with the emperor’s new clothes facade - I can’t do that a sleep at night so I offer you gate kept info.
DO I charge for it? Hell yeah! I have rent to pay and my music sure isn’t going to pay for it on streaming royalties - I learnt the hard way and now leverage my experience and knowledge to pay my bills, which feels fair when I make it so affordable and it will genuinely change your your outlook and life potentially.
Of course I will let you know of professional services (mine and other music professionals acting as an industry connection for you) with costs involved but they are optional and based entirely on what you specifically need and can afford within your stated budget. No obligation to spend a penny more - though I would warn you now, if you are intending to rely on organic growth and not pay for promotion at all then have very meager expectations and hobby type goals.
am an artist myself and been through so many hurdles in my life - my job is to lessen your hurdles, ideally leave you with less of the disappointment I have. I have learned the hard way that organic doesn’t cut it, no matter how good the band and have had the embarrassment of knowing I had done things the wrong way too late to do much about it. I also have had to navigate being an artist all year round while not earning my living from it and it not being a realistic career.
I have also somehow kept going for 35 years without you ever hearing of me! ;-)
The whole point is to be honest and transparent from the word go and give you the info and knowledge and help you need to make your music work for you. It might require some extra thought to decide what that looks like for you so come the session with all your priorities in place - I.E. know what you want from this.
